Battle Creek Pilgrims

We have had a busy and exciting year with the Adventurer program. In 2008/2009, we have twenty eight Adventurers, and are working on many new awards / chips.

Our last activity was a swim outing at the YMCA.  The worked on some swimming skills and had a good time swimming and playing in the water.

Our next outing will be a trip to the campus of Andrews University to see the Passion Play this Easter Sabbath.  After the Passion play we have Adventurer Fun Day coming up at GLAA and Investiture to round out our year.  Battle Creek will be one the presenting groups at the Fun Day as the theme is Adventist Heritage.

With the support of the Battle Creek Academy, all of the workbook activities are being completed during school hours. The Adventurer program is set up to work with the NAD curriculum requirements. We really appreciate the hard work and dedication that our teachers put forth to help develop our young people.

God has blessed us throughout this year and as we look forward, keep your eyes open for information on activities throughout the school year and registration for next year.
