"Thank You to my loving and caring church family for your thoughts, prayers, cards, calls, visits, food and gifts as I recover from my surgery.  Thank you to those who came to my house and helped me during the first ten days after I got home, also taking me to my doctor's appointment. All is gratefully appreciated, Sandy Barnes"

It's HOLIDAY FOOD BOX Time Again. The pathfinder club is accepting donated non-perishable food items through November 17. You can place your items on the designated table located on the lower level.  You can also make a monetary donation in a tithe envelope and mark it "holiday food boxes". If you know of a family that you would like to deliver a food box to, simply fill out a bulletin insert or call the church the office. Request forms can also be found on the credenza in the foyer.  The food boxes will be ready for pick up on Monday, November 19 during church office hours. It takes a lot of donated food and money to make this project work so please give generously.  You can contact Brad or Tracey Hall for more details.

  • Home and School is selling an assortment of fruit packages.  They have navel and mandarin oranges, red grapefruit, red apples, D'Anjou pears and sweet potatoes.  All orders and payments must be received by November 26. Pickup will be on December 12. Please contact any BCA student or call the school (269-965-1278) to place an order.
  • Thank you to all those who sent in items or money for the Christmas Child boxes!  We were able to make 50 boxes for kids who might not otherwise get anything for Christmas.
  • Thank you to everyone who brought or bought books. The sale was a great success. We made around $700 and many people found treasures to put in their library.

CHRISTMAS STROLL will take place at the Historic Adventist Village on December 1 starting at 6:00 p.m.

A new, beautifully designed, hardcover set of Ellen G. White’s Conflict of the Ages series is now available. This new edition is designed by Types & Symbols. Preorders to help fund the project are being taken through November 15. For more information you can find us online at

As you plan your tithes and offerings, please remember our church budget. Approximately $26,000 is required monthly to support our various ministries, maintain our church plant and nurture our K-12 school, Battle Creek Academy.  We had a loss of $959 last month, and have received $5,466 thus far for November.  Plan Ahead: Next week’s offering will be for our church budget.
