LADIES TEA GROUP  will meet for lunch on Monday, January 21, 1:00 pm at Antonio’s Mexican Restaurant, 703 E. Columbia Avenue, Battle Creek.

 

BATTLE CREEK ACADEMY:  Pancake Breakfast will be on Sunday, January 20, at 8:30 a.m.  Pricing is by donation (suggested $5/person or $20/family).  There are many options, including gluten-free and vegan.  Proceeds help to support our Worthy Student fund.  Work Bee will follow the breakfast (9:30).  Many hands make light work! 

 

GLASSES NEEDED:  Please bring your no longer used glasses to the Tabernacle or the church office before February 9. Dr. Michelle Essex is going on a mission trip to the refugee camp in Uganda. They can use all the glasses they can get. Thank you, Phil and Phyllis Essex

 

VALENTINE DATE NIGHT will be Sunday, February 17 beginning with social time at 4:30 and dinner at 5:00.  There are registration forms on the credenza.  If you have questions, talk with Ralph Benedict or Clara Engle.  Gluten free menu is also available.

 

MONEY MATTERS:  As you plan your tithes and offerings, please remember our church budget. Approximately $27,000 is required monthly to support our various ministries, maintain our church plant and nurture our K-12 school, Battle Creek Academy.  Our total for the month of January thus far is approximately $8,110.  Plan Ahead:  Next week’s offering will be for the Michigan Advance Partners.
